The crusty bread is filled with popular sweet and sour delicacies and happily fills your mouth. After fulfilling hours on the mountain, the popular 5-course high-class menu is served in the DAS Kohlmais restaurant as part of the gourmet half-board. The best regional and seasonal products are turned into tempting dishes under the expert hands of host and chef Tobi Gappmaier. In addition to true classics, which no holiday in the mountains should be without, there are national and international highlights from the fine cuisine. Fine Austrian wines and delicious drinks are also served. The crunchy salads from the buffet and the sweet desserts round off the menu perfectly and make you dream of yourself for a long time.
